Getting on track
It has been fifteen weeks since my last run. I have had the summer off from running. I spent a lot of the time bicycle riding to maintain a bit of fitness, but over all it has been very unorganized and sporadic. This is the longest period I have taken off since I began running regularly in 2004.
Today I am about to head out for a very overdue run. Hopefully this will put me back on my running journey.
